二、cnc加工順序的安排應遵循什么原則?加工順序的安排應根據零件的結構和毛坯狀況,以及定位夾緊的需要來考慮,重點是工件的剛性不被破壞。順序一般應按下列原則進行:1、上道工序的cnc加工不能影響下道工序的定位與夾緊,中間穿插有通用機床加工工序的也要綜合考慮。
2、先進行內形內腔加工序,后進行外形加工工序。
3、以相同定位(wei)、夾緊方式或同一把刀cnc加工(gong)的(de)工(gong)序.好連接進(jin)行,以減(jian)少重復(fu)定位(wei)次數(shu),換(huan)刀次數(shu)與挪動(dong)壓板次數(shu)。4、在同一次安(an)裝中進(jin)行的(de)多道工(gong)序,應先安(an)排對(dui)工(gong)件剛性破(po)壞小的(de)工(gong)序。
三(san)、工件(jian)裝夾(jia)(jia)方(fang)式的確定(ding)應(ying)注意那(nei)幾方(fang)面(mian)?在(zai)確定(ding)定(ding)位基(ji)準與夾(jia)(jia)緊方(fang)案時(shi)應(ying)注意下列三(san)點:1、力(li)求設計、工藝、與編程計算(suan)的基(ji)準統(tong)一。2、盡量(liang)減少裝夾(jia)(jia)次數,盡可能做到在(zai)一次定(ding)位后就能cnc加(jia)工出全部待加(jia)工表(biao)面(mian)。3、避免(mian)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)占機人工調整方(fang)案。4、夾(jia)(jia)具要開(kai)暢,其(qi)定(ding)位、夾(jia)(jia)緊機構不能影響cnc加(jia)工中(zhong)的走刀(如產生碰撞),碰到此類(lei)情況時(shi),可采(cai)用(yong)(yong)用(yong)(yong)虎鉗或(huo)加(jia)底板(ban)抽螺(luo)絲的方(fang)式裝夾(jia)(jia)。
