1. 白鋼刀轉速不可太快。

3. 工件太高時,應分層(ceng)用(yong)不(bu)同長(chang)度的刀(dao)開(kai)粗。
4. 用大刀開粗后,應用小刀再(zai)清除余料,保證余量一致才光刀。
5. 平面應(ying)用平底刀加工(gong)(gong),少用球(qiu)刀加工(gong)(gong),以減(jian)少加工(gong)(gong)時間。
6. 銅工清(qing)角時,先檢查(cha)角上R大(da)小(xiao),再確定用多大(da)的(de)球刀。
7. 校表平(ping)面四邊角要(yao)鑼(luo)平(ping)。
8. 凡斜度(du)是整數的,應(ying)用(yong)斜度(du)刀加工,比如(ru)管位。
9. 做每一道工(gong)序前(qian),想(xiang)清楚前(qian)一道工(gong)序加(jia)工(gong)后(hou)所(suo)剩的余量,以避免空刀或加(jia)工(gong)過多而刀。
10. 盡量(liang)走簡單(dan)的刀(dao)路,如外形、挖(wa)槽,單(dan)面(mian),少走環繞等高。
11. 走WCUT時,能走FINISH 的,就不要走ROUGH 。
12. 外形光(guang)(guang)刀時(shi),先粗光(guang)(guang),再(zai)精(jing)光(guang)(guang),工件太高時(shi),先光(guang)(guang)邊,再(zai)光(guang)(guang)底。
13. 合理設(she)置公(gong)差,以平衡加工精度和電(dian)腦計算時(shi)間。開粗時(shi),公(gong)差設(she)為余量 的(de)1/5,光刀時(shi),公(gong)差設(she)為0.01。
14. 做(zuo)多(duo)一(yi)(yi)點(dian)(dian)工序,減少(shao)空刀(dao)時間。做(zuo)多(duo)一(yi)(yi)點(dian)(dian)思考,減少(shao)出錯機會。 做(zuo)多(duo)一(yi)(yi)點(dian)(dian)輔(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)線輔(fu)助(zhu)(zhu)面,改善加工狀況。
15. 樹立責任感,仔細檢查每個(ge)參數(shu),避免(mian)返工。
16. 勤于學習(xi),善(shan)于思考(kao),不斷進步(bu)。銑非平面(mian),多用(yong)球(qiu)刀(dao),少用(yong)端刀(dao),不要怕(pa)接刀(dao);小刀(dao)清角,大刀(dao)精(jing)修;不要怕(pa)補(bu)(bu)面(mian),適(shi)當補(bu)(bu)面(mian)可以提高加工(gong)速度,美化加工(gong)效果。
17.毛坯材料硬度高:

18.銅公加工方法及注意(yi)事項:
